27100 FM getting almost constantly keyed up.  Lots of activity on 11m, every 5 kHz.

Tuned in via several SDRs on mainland Europe and in the UK.  27.100 MHz FM repeater is being keyed up nearly constantly by on-channel and adjacent-channel signals.  Lots of Russian, Polish and other languages mixing in.  Russian taxi cabs all over the band.  Also, data signals on the 26.945 MHz and 26.960 MHz frequencies (2 watt data links) as well as the 27.505 MHz POCSAG paging frequency and others.
