Seems to be a radio play - some talk, mood music.

Poor - fading in and out.

0227z - Blues holiday music. SINPO 55555. Peaking over S9+20 via RTL-SDR V4 and 148' loop-on-ground. ECSS LSB tuning. Strong modulation.
0242z - Captain Morgan Shortwave ID and contact info. [email protected]
0243z - "I Saw Mummy Kissing Santa Claus" by Amy Winehouse
0310z - Off air.

I had been noticing a carrier below R48/MRI in the waterfall for awhile now.

Thanks for the broadcast! :)

Weak carrier direct.
