Sign on at 0310 with rag time music, off at 0312.
Back on at 0313, tough to tell what kind of music, it sounded electronic perhaps, maybe with some sound effects mixed in? QRM from pescadores did not help.
Off at 0320

Perhaps Mysterious Mystic Radio based on the programming, but no ID heard.

Good signal, but was off tune from actual tx freq. - I had no trace of Mystic Radio that was reported here (http://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,12320.0.html) before this station came on.  Carrier on & off at times with music being played.  After the carrier went off could just hear what sounded like the 'creepy little girl voice' (http://archive.org/download/ShortwavePirateRadio/SpecialEd_unid_littleGirlVoice-StairwayToHeavenShow6925Usb2202z-2218z03-09-09.mp3) in USB from a few years ago, but it was probably just weak YL pesq. activity.  Wasn't able to pull an ID from my recording, but whoever it was had a pretty good signal coming into these parts.
