HI, heard both beacons last night. They were both very strong here well above the noise level.
It's strange that I can hear Pike 26 so well when I never heard the other one from the same location.
(the mcw one) on 7998khz.
also heard here last night.
10236.9 dasher
5157.58 blinky
4096.6 a dasher, rather weak. strange but didn't hear any of the others from that area.

Considering the season the 4096 beacon is a good catch...
Pike 26 has a dipole that is broadside north south and Pike 78 has a diploe that is broadside more east west...
Both are low to the ground...
I have been going up to the Global tunners and comparing the two Pike 26 against Pike 78...
UfO didnot have the output in the end for the final transistor had a broken emiter righ up near the
transistor...
Great that Blinky is working well...actually the antenna fell to the ground and was lying on tall grass
for weeks...now it is up 20 ft or more at the apex...
Echo always has done well up and down the east coast...
Good to see a post up hr..from you
I have yet to hear F summer conditions can be pretty strange...
