2150 Now in USB. Much stronger.

2148 OM going on at length, "......recognize voices...."   Decent at peaks but many fades/noise
2150 Now USB, excellent reception
2151 "They established Freedom Frequencies pirate radio station....."

2150 M speaking, seems in E, slight het from 6931 (notched)
2157 a fade?
2159 now voice communication (one side only)
2200 the other side is the former voice ?  QSO ?
