Heard a beacon fading in and out at ~0610 UTC on 4088 with before being clobbered by an RTTY station.

There was either an "O" in the ID or was a dasher just fading out *shrug*

E5 w/loop.

ID's tonight as "." on 4089 @ 0640. Bad QSB must have screwed my inital report.
