Really good signal at Poland....where exactly is Charleston located?

maybe a place in the USA, but the name comes from a popular dance of the 1920's

Now if you want know where is the TX or Radio Charleston, of course it is located in Freedonia
(find it in the complete works of the Marx Brothers)
