Talk format at 0354z onto music. SINPO 55343. ~S9 via Airspy HF+D and 148' loop-on-ground. DSB tuning. Some noise, but listenable.
Seems I have picked up some wideband RFI or similar tonight.
This VOA broadcast originates from Kuwait. Reportedly 250KW.
