Swooshing audio sweep, Dr Who theme music, so presumed Radio Gallifrey Intergalactic.

I thought I had tuned into a MW DX test with the sweep tones, but the kind folks on #pirateradio informed me this was RGI :-)  S7 signal over high static tonight.  First time hearing this one.

S6" Get lucky'' at 2315 Op with apology ? followed by" Doctor Who" at 2317
 either off or lost signal at 2315.
