Talk format at 0242z. SINPO 44343. ~S9-10 via Airspy HF+D and 148' loop-on-ground. USB ECSS tuning due to whatever flamethrowser station(s) on 6190. Some static crashing, but a listenable copy.

This BBC broadcast originates from Oman. Reportedly 250KW.
