1659 next track, QRM (from China in Ru ?)
pops disturbed by talking in Ru

Wow....that's a shocker.  Channel 292 was due to be off until February:

I'm not sure if it's the real Channel 292, or a joker.
But 9670 was already back on the air yesterday
