I'm copying a single letter P very slow ID
on 13998.2 Khz.  Time 1400 Utc.

This might be a Russian beacon?

Sept. 7,  0030 utc  13998.2 khz  very slow Id
caught 1/2 dozen fad ups.

just checked P 13998.2 khz   best copy yet...slow ID with a little chirp.

At 1730 utc I started hearing P, a very slow ID  freq. 13998.2 kHZ.

Oct 9   time 0146 utc  got P , I was hoping since I caught GNK earlier
P might pop up... Indeed it did.  Faster ID then before.
