Post by: Ct Yankee on January 29, 2024, 2353 UTC

Merci pour la diffusion et l'eQSL.

English translation of email which was included in French:
Greetings and thanks for listening
The voice of Quebec independence.
We are located somewhere in southern Quebec.
We are a station of the Army of Liberty of Quebec.
We broadcast with 20 watts of power to the world.
Thanks again. Long live free Quebec, free terror in the Americas.

Thanks to the NCCR for its support.
The voice of Quebec independence

(Note: NCCR is probably North Country Community Radio which is received in northern New Hampshire/northern Vermont and probably southern Quebec. I've heard it while up north.  https://nococommunityradio.org)
