Title: 7CPK on 3718 kHz

1449 UTC 1/31/24, heard "7CPK" in CW repeated many times on 3718 kHz at about 18 WPM.  Weak signal likely from the west.  Stopped at about 1451 UTC.

Most likely Russian military, not a numbers station.
