SIO 111 into my QTH. Was barely able to hear the repeat at 1520z on 14458 USB, but that was just making it here too. No traffic so nothing was sent at 1540 on 12158 (monitored on the uTwente web SDR just to be sure).

MDK2 wrote No traffic so nothing was sent at 1540 on 12158 (monitored on the uTwente web SDR just to be sure).
In the case of a "zero" message, it is transmitted in the first and second time interval, and it is no longer repeated in the third time interval.Despite this rule, I check it.
