1148 UTC song "Pipeline 78" Dutch Dj speaking in Dutch and English. Did ID but can't make out "" Radio and frequency.

S 3 to 4 with severe noise and fading via University of Twente web sdr.

I heard it too via a UK SDR and went off at 1210 with rock music - No ID given
