Most likely CNR1 jamming. SOH transmits on very low power so they're extremely unlikely to reach Europe that well. China, on the other hand, uses very high power to block them. Also, SOH generally transmits only discussion format, not music.
HFU member Ron - Calif. has posted a few different times about how to distinguish between SOH and CNR1. They're worth checking out.

TAIWAN. Almost daily I check on SOH's lowest frequency (6214.9 kHz.) and normally find very decent reception.
I am still hearing the usual ID at the ToH ("Xiwang zhi sheng guoji guangbo diantai" [Sound of Hope international
broadcast station]), given twice (once by OM and once by YL) and often followed by the news. As usual, SOH
never with time pips at ToH. Extremely rare for China to jam this frequency with CNR1 programs; more likely to jam
SOH on 6230 kHz.
