Sounds like he's giving a speech sounds really angry cant make out the language.

Huh, that's interesting. Short-wave.info and eibi have nothing for that frequency at that time, but HFCC lists BBC in Hausa from Wooferton for 1800-1900z, for the 4th day of the week (which I assume is going on a Sunday-Saturday defined week, not, Monday-Sunday as Eibi does). Even more interesting is that it lists 07 FEB 2024 as the start date for the broadcast. This is for the remainder of the b23 broadcast period. (There's also a 1630-1800 Hausa broadcast on the same frequency but it transmits from Ascension Island.
