Tuned in at 0017 utc on Brookfield WI sdr with fair/poor S7 to S9+10 signal, old pop tunes playing, QRM due to peskies on 6919L and 6925L, at 0032 said "Worldwide Basement Radio" then SSTV/FAX then off air.
