Very weak in the noise , at tune in was playing music from 2001 and into 4 time beeps? Then piano music now a man and woman talking, not sure if they are speaking English (but I don't think so).
0226: Man talking with piano music playing in the background.

Very low audio . Talking.
Sounds like a documentary?

233- Light orchestral music in background, with OM narrator speaking, as if telling a story or reading a book.
-
S9 direct.
0235 UTC-Documentary
-
0239 UTC Mostly right at the noise floor, but I can hear a deep voiced OM talking over music
0242 UTC Pop song now?
0244 UTC Faded out or OFF?

0215 Classical piano music, OM talking about the music, into apparent documentary - all barely audible. Went to get a snack and came back at 0243 to dead air.
S4 with enough noise to only have words and phrases comprehensible, not topics.
