Presumed Radio Gallifrey Intergalactic due to the music, still waiting for the ID.

I was thinking it was something by Morton Subotnick, but you are probably right.  Good sig in Michigan and a relief from the metal 5KC down.

Radio Gallifrey International (tent) @ 0035 UTC. 6930 USB on 9 Sept. 2013.
Decent signal in Northern Massachusetts. Been playing Emerson, Lake and Palmer song.
00:51, Audience cheering, brief CW, them YL and OM, OM said "absoutly Fantastic", then and instrumental peice which abruptly ended at 00:54.
No ID heard yet. If possible, Please QSL.

pretty good S9+10 signal but went off as soon as I tuned in at 00:55z
