6925 USB 9-17 0350 HRS unidentified pirate with rock music will update. Unable to ID. S-7 Plus on South Florida rig.

Fair+ reception WCNA at 04:13 tune-in.  Not sure yet who it is.

ID at 04:55 as XLR8, so same station that was on a few hours ago.  Another new one for me out here in Victoria, BC

Conditions must really be funky as I didn't even have a trace of XLR8 at this time, but the earlier show was pegging the needle.

SDR recording catch. Sign on seemed to be 0345 with an extremely weak signal that popped up to S9 at 0347. I don't think it was propagation so much as audio drive level :-)
0351 ID repeated several times
