Hello, I'm new here so I hope I'm internetting this right.
Recently I found a slow morse CW beacon TUO on 3659 kHz, broadcast the last few nights between 2357z and 0057z.
Very strong signal in SW England, also reported in Milan by @shortwave78 on X.
One guy thinks it could be Norwegian navy.
Any ideas?

Welcome to the HFU forum!
I tried a few internet searches but had no hits on any sorts of Norwegian Navy beacons. Please ask you friend for more details on his hunch.
If the beacon turns out to be a military or commercial transmitter the topic would go into this part of the forum:
Utility: Loggings of Utility Stations

This area or the HFU forum where you have shared your logging is for unlicensed, or "pirate" radio beacons. Do take a look at many of the topics here as there have been pirate beacons in England and Europe too. Explore the rest of the Forum for many fascinating aspects of the radio monitoring hobby.
