1919: Man interviewing a woman about politics in China and how oppressive the government is. 
1921: Interview over and station id.

1838 - Fair with a lot of noise. Two male announcers are talking, but I can only pick up words and phrases, here and there. "....he has tens of millions..."

1842 UTC - Signal is S9 in  WNY with slight fade, audio is decent. A broadcast/interview talking about China and chairman Mao Zedong/cultural revolution.
