25222, very noisy, some deep fades

2349: suddenly much stronger, mentioned HFU, "East Coast", over "La Villa Strangiato" - Rush; more VOs "east coast"
2349: [4-5]5454, S9+20 steady, much better reception than a few minutes ago

2356: "attention all planets of the solar federation, we have assumed control", repeated several times
