Last few days I've been able to hear V13 on 13974 starting @ 11:30z. Best reception from Northern direction at my QTH.
V13 & Russian Navy CW 13974 USB 1202z-1210z 03-11-24 (https://archive.org/download/ShortwaveOddsSodsTransmissions2/V13%20%26%20CW%2013974%20USB%201202z-1210z%2003-11-24.mp3) CW begins @ 2mins 42secs (was a couple of minutes late getting audacity up & ended recording after CW stopped with V13 still going)
