(EDIT- see ID from post below) On Mendoza Argentina SDR, good signal, debate (obviously rebroadcast) about sex ed in schools, mention of Frente Amplio which is a Uruguayan party but they don't sound like Uruguayans (whom I find almost impossible to understand). Presumably not a harmonic (as I always hear from Chile on 4590 on this SDR). EDIT 0050: Chile has a Frente Amplio too and that seems more likely given SDR location and accent, which isn't especially Chilean but definitely isn't Uruguayan. Audio cut 0059 during ads but carrier till 0101.

Not a trace here on the SDR recording. Presumed AD149 on 6934.9 was extremely weak, so propagation from South America may not have been favorable overall.
