0232  Unidentifiable music into a fast talking OM over music which ends shortwly after he finishes.  Rap (?)  Signal comes up so details are better: The New Girls Gone Wild" ad, 'In A Better World' - The Screamers (about 2 minutes,) omnious bass line perhaps with voice way back. "The Failure of Shortwave Radio Pt. 1' - The Moscow Coup Attempt.

Started S3 - right at the static floor, then up to S4 where is is just audible.

Now playing the start up of the musical box version of the communist anthem, reminds me of the Tyrolean Music station run by the East German Army from the 70s.

Off at 02:54
