1359 talking about more MW closing down soon in UK, ID+@, music

S 4 to 5 with severe fading and noise via University of Twente web sdr.

Explanation - I could hear WMR on UK SDR and if I switch to SDR Germany I could hear different station with WMR underneath with these details
