Title: Sternradio Test 6961 USB or AM 2331 UTC 24 MAR 2024

Signal heard with tones either in AM or USB on 6960.6kHz on and off randomly heard on multiple SDRs and my own XHDATA D109. Unsure if this is a pirate or not

Possibly Sternradio about to sign on or is testing?

Surprised you heard those!  About 3W TX power there.  Trying to fix IMD issues.

It was quite strong here. At times overloading my XHDATA D109 at RSSI 99 and SNR of 25 which is the MAX it goes before completely silence
