Just recorded this EAM or whatever off an SDR located in Dutchess County, NY.

It's a bit hard to hear due to some distortion, but here's what I could glean from the audio:

Quote

ZZZ3XD BREAK

ZZZ3XDKUD58Q_SSO_HQ2 BREAK

_SOUTHERN BREAK

5SIK6K BREAK

I SAY AGAIN...

(message repeated)

THIS IS PROPAGATE

BREAK

Always curious to know what exactly they're saying.  Anyone have any idea?

This was the 15:33Z message traffic. The frequency is 8992.0 kHz USB and is a standard HFGCS simulcast broadcast frequency.
