My son snapped this in Shaker Heights (near Cleveland), they were in path of totality. Only 92% here in Connecticut, got breezy and much cooler at peak here - maybe 10 degree temperature drop.

Really nice photo.
Here in Denver I think it was about 68%, which was less than the August 2017 eclipse for us (I think that one was nearly 80% here), but because spring is cooler than summer, we really noticed a temperature drop here too. I had gone out in shirtsleeves and needed a hoodie during the peak.
