Post by: Rafman on September 29, 2013, 0605 UTC

Hearing music just above static level here...
Is it Radio Totse???
0600z music clearly pops above the noise briefly...
Anyone else hearing it?

SDR recording catch. First noted around 0542, extremely faint, just some music making it above the noise from time to time.
0554 Possible ID but impossible to pull out of the noise.
