Airspy HF+D and 31' vertical.

Early morning 11m DX propagation noted from around 0800z to 0830z:

27335lsb - European DX. Verified against Twente SDR.
27345lsb - European DX.
27035usb - Intermittent voice traffic, but it is distorted here.
27245usb - Digital mode activity. I suppose ROS.
27385lsb - Waterfall traces.
27055am - Sounds like possible European DX. Weak signals.
27565usb - Voice traffic. Weak signals.

Band is open!  At least on the European based online receivers (including UK in "European"). 

Lots of paging signals noted, plus plenty of Italian CB comms, including 27.465 MHz AM mode or Canale 45 (Channel 45), basically the Italian version of 27.025 MHz AM (CB Channel 6, the "Superbowl") and/or 27.085 MHz AM / 27.265 MHz AM / 27.285 MHz AM - big radios, lots of modulation.
