Heard this earlier and could not figure it out -- sounded like Brazil but huge overloading at top of 25 meters.

Heard this earlier and could not figure it out -- sounded like Brazil but huge overloading at top of 25 meters.

It threw me for a loop for a minute.. it sounded wide like an FM signal, but it wasnt even FM overload, not where I live... and i couldnt center on the frequency and get clear audio.

Listening for a minute or two, i suddenly recognized the exuberance/tone/voice of host Mauricio Rabelo

i even checked around on other parts of the dial before i tuned back.. i couldnt even quite center on what frequency they were "on"......
