Listening via NA5B SDR near Washington, D.C. ...
0011 UTC: Sounds like the station's trying to get back on the air. Music and signal going in and out intermittently.
* * *
Very weak but audible music can be heard directly here at my place north of Seattle as of 0138 UTC. The signal's fair to good but noisy via the Northern Utah SDR, too ...
0138 UTC: "Dream Weaver" by Gary Wright.
0139 UTC: Sounded like a female-voiced ID, then "(Don't Fear) the Reaper" by Blue Oyster Cult.
0144 UTC: Off?
0148 UTC: Or maybe not off ... "Money for Nothing" by Dire Straits.
0155 UTC: Sounded like the female-voiced ID playing under the song.
0156 UTC: Music started, then suddenly stopped ...
0157 UTC: "Moving in Stereo" by The Cars.
0159 UTC: Sudden switch to "Drive" by The Cars.
Thanks for the music this evening, WIND!

0040 - Thge Bicycle Song by Melanie Safka. Coming in fair-good, but with a good amount of noise. Initial SINPO=44333.
0042 - After a brief (and almost totally inaudible) talk by a male announcer, How Soon is Now, by The Smiths.
0047 - Next song (rock with male vocals). Sounds familiar, but can't place it.
0051 - Sounded like a brief RTTY transmission. Mostly, the noise has increased here and is overwhelming the signal.

Tuned in at 0140 on Barrington Hills IL sdr with fair but noisy S5-S7 signal, "don't fear the reaper" by Blue Oyster Cult then some kind of data transmission, at 0148 "money for nothing/I want my mtv" by Dire straits, at 0208 "we don't need another hero" by Tina Turner, at 0214 CW but I'm not fluent in CW. BTW, there is already a WIND AM560 in Chicago which is a far "right" (wrong) ultraconservative talk station,
-
Tuned in at 0156. It was over at 0215. Waterfall ID at 0209, then some fairly fast CW that closed with "73"
45454 in Wyomissing with an unusually high noise level (minus 112) for here.
