It's been audible via the Northern Utah SDR for the past 30 minutes or so, especially if you listen in USB.

I've also had hints of audio fading up here near Seattle at times, also listening in USB. At 0336 UTC, I distinctly heard parts of "So Long, Marianne" by Leonard Cohen (one of my favorite musicians) coming through. Same with "Want Ads" by Honey Cone at 0342 UTC.
