2138 Robot 72 SSTV

About S4 on an S3 floor.
The SSTV kept reseting, and I couldn't cap it; will try later from the recording

There was some carrier activity here from about 2123z.

Nothing here at all during that time period.

But I have a dasher on 6928 right now (2150z).
