Listening via the Northern Utah SDR. The signal's fair-ish, but there's A LOT of noise ...
0255 UTC: Sounded almost like a song from a musical.
0257 UTC: UnID song.
0302 UTC: Sounds like a guy barking over the music as another musical-style song plays.
0305 UTC: OM barking over instrumental music now.
0310 UTC: SSTV transmission. Looks like it says "BORK RADIO"? Then the guy was back barking/saying "bork" over instrumental music as of 0313 UTC.

0359 UTC: Tuned in again to find the end of another SSTV transmission and blues music.
