Title: 8.424 15:30 UTC SVO Olympia radio?

I don't do morse code and I can't get my decoder to capture the ID after the tones. Anyone can confirm the CW id please? The only listing I can find is for Olympia radio SVO on this frequency but Greece to my QTH this time of the day is a bit sus. Recording below.

It's XSG Shanghai Radio on 8424.5 kHz.
