Same on 6903 USB at 2358z. Could be MARS-related training or similar.

Thanks for looking, Poacher - but what I heard was staccato phonetic letters and some numbers (except "stand by") by a lone OM until signing out. Close though.
For example, to use a familiar reference: a single OM saying Lima Juliet Sierra Seven Seven, then some other phonetic letters/numbers some were repeats, and then the out line. No English words of significance other than "stand by"

Gulfport is a town on the gulf coast in Mississippi. There is a Navy CB base there and a National Guard exercise grounds just north of Gulfport. This was probably the CBs testing radios.
