Just starting to hear traces over the last 20 minutes 0220-0500z!?!
Was really a struggle to hear tonight & I even checked antenna to be sure it hadn't fell down!
It's the propagation here!

Post by: Jolly Roger on October 20, 2013, 0438 UTC: About S-3 in northern Canada. Enough to hear music but not enough to listen to for any length of time. I had better copy if I tuned using SSB. Kudos for trying a freq off the beaten path. I look forward to hearing more as winter conditions improve.

This was the case of a chance swivel of the dial; I thought I had Israel until I checked properly. Didn't or couldn't recognize the music played, and the ID I had was hard to catch, but definitely there. Propagation wasn't great, but it was enough. Thanks for the show, and I like that frequency choice!

Off at 0637
