Post by: ChrisSmolinski on October 20, 2013, 2052 UTC: Carrier, very strong, S9+. Looks like it was on a few minutes ago as well, perhaps someone tuning up?
Interval Signal at 2055z.
Audio and sometimes even the carrier dropping out from time to time.
