RFI 21690 khz @ 15:40 Z 24Jan25.   OM's with dialogue in Swahili targeting East Africa. Weak and very noisy.

Ditto today at 15:03 Z 18Feb25.  RFI just never seems to get any better here in the Upper Midwest on this 21690 frequency.
