S5 with spanish? version of "Boulevard of Broken Dreams"
off for several minutes.
Occasionally back on.
0228 - "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" by female singer this time.  Close to 6956.7khz
0230 - off again
0236 - back on, "Boulevard of Broken Dreams (feat. Maiya Sykes)", S6 peaks sounding pretty good on 6956.66khz
0241 - "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" by Hanoi Rocks.  Off suddenly at 0242
0247 - back on with "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" by Hanoi Rocks, S4 to S5

S4 - its there but too weak to make much sense

0226z - Nothing here. Given the frequency I would think perhaps Stern Radio.
0239z - Music. ~6956.66KHz. SIO 333. ~S5 via RTL-SDR V4 and 60' LoG. Some static and fades but generally listenable.
0241z - Pause then onto more music.
0242z - OTA? (Is the transmitter smoking?)
