ID sounded like "Ape Man Radio" but others have it as "Insane Radio"

Rough copy in the noise...always a treat to hear Insane Radio!  8)

Can barely make out a signal on the waterfall; fading occasionally reveals weak audio. Don't even think it would be fair to put this one in my log ¯\_(ツ)_/¯SINFO 15331.
