Post by: Sealord on October 03, 2024, 2204 UTC
6950 USB

Signal strength good, but noise level was quite high making it only fair copy.

21:51z sign on with canned ID
21:53z "..all stations, all stations, all stations, this is tropical radio & telegraph station BZT located in Bluefields, Nicaragua with a data burst transmission for all stations, please stand by.." followed by 4 data bursts about 2 seconds apart.
21:56z "..this is tropical radio & telegraph station BZT located in Bluefields, Nicaragua with a data burst transmission for all stations, all stations, please stand by.." followed by another 4 data bursts then "..this concludes data transmission, tropical radio & telegraph station BZT out.."

The last data tx came in much better, but still not sure what mode it is - ran it thru both my old Wavecom & Winradio decoders and it wants to classify it as some kind of ARQ mode w/200 shift, ~ 923 baud rate?:
