Signal strength good, but noise level was quite high making it only fair copy.

The last data tx came in much better, but still not sure what mode it is - ran it thru both my old Wavecom & Winradio decoders and it wants to classify it as some kind of ARQ mode w/200 shift, ~ 923 baud rate?:
