2359: sign-on, music ("Enola Gay" - Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark), QRM from LSB pesky, so using mostly USB
0002: silent, after stomping on MARS guys who just began; probably a smart move on their part, unlike last night
0014: back with more mx, much weaker signal if same station; MARS is gone for now, just a pesky on LSB
32233
0019: "Blue" - La Tour; 35333
0026 approx.: "Open Your Mind" - U.S.U.R.A.
0030: "Touched By the Hand of God" - New Order
0033: 45444
~0118: OTA

S9, occasionally stronger, with pretty strong non-English-speaking freebanders underneath on LSB coming through the carrier.
0021 - freebanders have left and the station is in the clear
-
0018 - Rock music

This sounds like the station that has been on 6970 or 6974.9 (must be using a Stretchy TX ;) ) episodically off and on (mostly off) over the past few years, for several days or weeks at a time, daily or close to it. In the last few "episodes" of activity there has generally not been an ID given. I think two or three years ago there was an ID of something like "Nowhere Radio" given out a couple times.
Listening on an east coast SDR. Usual SINPO of 34333.
0042: Depeche Mode, "Personal Jesus"
0053: male voice, possibly from streaming advertisements, "There's a rhythm in the market..." then into the next techno-ish song. Peskies on 6975 LSB bleeding into this station's USB.
0107: more advert dialog, into the next song.
0119: Carrier off
