Slow Morse code. Numbers again?
-
Not sure I mostly got gibberish here with fldigi.
-
15081769 repeated tonight, as decoded with the CW Decoder at the Northwest Ireland KiwiSDR.

I just snagged this station myself at 0410 utc and the transmission ended at 0415 with a single tone. It was repeating the same number mentioned above. Solid copy on this, and I was using the K3FDF webSDR which is located in Northeast Pennsylvania. I did record it, and for the life of me I can't find it lol.

Good copy here on the SDR recording.

I finally got an answer from someone, this is M95 (Enigma ID), Chinese Military net. Info: http://www.numbersoddities.nl/Chinese-military-nets.pdf (http://www.numbersoddities.nl/Chinese-military-nets.pdf)

They are always sending that number over and over again. Pretty odd.
M95 doesn't seem to appear on 6937 and M95 doesn't send the same series of numbers over and over. Why does anyone think this is M95?

Also, to pile on here, that is the wrong time of day for propagation from China to North America on 43 meters. All of China is in full daylight at that time.

The speculation from Priyom I have heard is: "nah it appears to come from France, and Ary thinks it's related to M23 because it shares all its operating practices and artifacts".
This also fits propagation.
It first appeared on my 43 mb SDR recordings Oct 1st.
