Very weak, but was just able to hear the ID

00:59z just heard BOR come over top with prop test & off
01:09z signal has come up a small bit
01:12z just heard something about a message, but not sure if it was part of the music

0112 OM came on over top RoR: "You must stay tuned for important message. You stay tuned [undecipherable word, "below"?] or the next day. It sounded like the Toynbee Radio op.
